Beshno Retreats Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in joining a Beshno Retreat. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and fulfilling experience for everyone, please read through the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking with us, you confirm that you have understood and agreed to these policies.
Bookings and Payment
All payments must be made securely via credit/debit card or bank transfer, with instructions provided on the booking page. Spaces are limited and secured only upon receipt of your deposit or full payment, depending on the plan selected.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your booking more than 90 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of your payments made (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat date are non-refundable, as costs are already committed at that stage.
If your payment plan instalments are not completed within one month of the due date and we do not receive communication from you, your space will be forfeited along with any payments made.
Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for their own health and well-being throughout the retreat. Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or injuries prior to the retreat so we can best support your experience.
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. All participants must be 18 years or older to attend.
Dietary Needs
Please notify us in advance at beshnoretreats@gmail.com if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee that all specific requests will be possible, especially if not communicated prior to booking. If we cannot safely meet your dietary needs, we may have to cancel your booking and issue a refund.
Liability and Property Damage
Beshno Retreats is not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage incurred during the retreat. Attendees are responsible for the safety of their own belongings and for treating the retreat venue and its facilities with care and respect.
Any damage to property caused by a guest may result in charges to cover repair or replacement.
Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the retreat schedule or content if necessary. In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. However, Beshno Retreats is not responsible for additional costs such as flights or personal travel arrangements. We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes.
Religious and Spiritual Inclusivity
While our retreats are inspired by Sufi principles and practices, we do not promote or endorse any specific religion. Beshno Retreats is an inclusive space open to people of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds. The spiritual aspects of the retreat are offered as universal practices of mindfulness, love, compassion, and connection. Participants are always welcome to engage in a way that feels authentic and comfortable for them.
Guest Conduct
We strive to create a peaceful, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior—verbal or physical—may result in your removal from the retreat without refund.
If we believe the retreat is not a good fit for you at this time, we reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel your booking in advance.
